		<description>Very interesting article! At my company we have been implementing Agile processes over the last year, and it is still not working as we expect it to. The main reason for this is - as i see it - that we started implementing it the wrong place. We started out by looking at the development process, where in my opinion (seen retrospectively) we should have been implementing it in the organisation, so that all business units would understand and follow the principles.</description>
